RESTORE A SMILE WITH A DENTAL BRIDGE OR A TOOTH CROWN

Dental crowns and dental bridges can repair a variety of tooth problems. Over time teeth can be subjected to decay after being cracked, chipped, or broken, a dental crown or bridge can repair your teeth. Come into our office to see if this treatment is right for you.

WHAT ARE DENTAL CROWNS?

If you want a smile that’s your crowning glory, you may need a crown to cover a tooth to help restore it to its normal shape and size. A crown can make your tooth stronger and improve its appearance.

A crown can help strengthen a tooth with a large filling when there isn’t enough tooth remaining to hold the filling. Crowns can also be used to attach bridges, protect a weak tooth from breaking or restore one that’s already broken. A crown is a good way to cover teeth that are discolored or badly shaped. It’s also used to cover a dental implant.

If you need to fill in a gap in your teeth, a dental bridge might be a good option for you. A dental bridge uses the teeth surrounding the gap as an anchor. A tooth crown will be placed on each tooth, so the artificial tooth can be bonded between them. Dental bridges are less expensive than dental implants while keeping the look of your natural smile.

WHAT IS A DENTAL BRIDGE?

Making of Our Crowns & Bridges

All of our crowns and bridges are designed and produced right here in our office by Dr. Wright. This gives us the ability to have complete control over the quality and esthetics of the restorations we deliver. It also allows us to deliver our crowns and bridges much quicker (usually less than a week) than the 3 weeks, if we were to use a dental lab to create the crowns.

All of the restorations, crowns and bridges, in our office are produced using the latest and most elite technology in digital dentistry. Gone are the days of gagging through suffocating impression trays that gave everyone dental PTSD. For superior detail and imaging, we use the Carestream intraoral 3D HD scanner. Because of the extreme detail and accuracy of the 3D scan, we are able to create a superior fitting crown and bridge.
